Olight Seeker 4 Pro: professional flashlight with a maximum performance of 4600 lumens | all4shooters

Olight's Seeker 4 Pro flashlight has a maximum output of 4,600 lumens and a long run time despite its small size. It can be recharged via a USB-C cable or through magnetic charging.

Olight is a company that has quickly gained a good reputation in the tactical flashlight sector thanks to a number of products that have received a positive response from the market, such as the Olight PL Pro Valkyrie, a handgun and PCC model that we had the opportunity to test some time ago. Now it is time to present you with a hand-held model that is no less useful and interesting.

Among the latest additions to the Olight range is the Seeker 4 Pro with 4,600 lumens, a flashlight with an attractive design, also enhanced by the rigid polymer holster that allows it to be worn comfortably and effectively on the belt, with excellent retentioneven in situations such as, for example, hiking, trekking or outdoor use in general. This holster also incorporates the USB-C tail charging port, which is very convenient in some situations. However, the Seeker 4 Pro is also rechargeable via the well-known MCC3 magnetic charging system.

Among the performances of this flashlight, the maximum autonomy that the company claims – a good 15 days at low brightness setting – and the range of the light beam, which reaches 260 meters at full brightness, stand out. Two types of light are available: cold white or neutral white, depending on the brightness setting chosen.

We tested the Olight Seeker 4 Pro for about a month in a forest environment and it proved to be very capable, reliable and rugged: even after a few accidental falls and rolls, it did not suffer any substantial damage.

Its oversized rotary knob switch allows for comfortable and safe use even when wearing gloves. It is very convenient for everyday and not just purely tactical use even if, for example, a sudden double-click allows the strobe mode to be activated.

This type of switch thus allows manual control of the brightness of the light beam, which in certain environments or conditions is very useful in order to avoid unnecessary and annoying glare from reflected light. It also allows locking and unlocking, which prevents accidental switching on due to unintentional pressure.

Our Olight Seeker 4 Pro flashlight fell into the water and actually showed its waterproof capabilities, the manufacturer guaranteeing water resistance down to a depth of two meters. Protection from unintended impacts while carrying is ensured by its comfortable holster.

The back of the flashlight is magnetic and thus also facilitates all those uses where you need, for example, to have your hands free to carry out other operations.

The battery charge as well as the brightness of the light beam can be checked thanks to laser micro-perforation on the metal bezel, a first in the flashlight sector. Green LEDs indicate the brightness setting, red LEDs the battery level. The battery is a removable 5000mAh 21700 Model. The aluminum body has non-slip silicone inserts that ensure a firm grip even with wet hands. The head has a diameter of 3.5 cm and is blue in colour. The Seeker 4 Pro is available in black, dark blue, orange, white and green.

Size is small: we are talking about 13.3 cm length and 2.8 cm body diameter. The weight of the flashlight is 205 grams. Price is $139.99.
