It applies to carbon inclusion behaviors of using hydrogen energy power generation vehicles to replace diesel power generation vehicles within Jiaxing city. It stipulates the accounting method for greenhouse gas emission reductions generated during the use of hydrogen energy power generation vehicles and has a promoting and incentivizing effect on promoting energy conservation and emission reduction citywide and supporting the development of the hydrogen energy industry. According to estimates, this emergency power supply vehicle can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 0.79 tons for a single power generation task.
